Combined Diagnostic Tool (CDT) is an innovative and updatable calculator that provides the relative chance of having or not a given pathology (e.g. peri-prosthetic joint infection at the hip, knee, shoulder, etc.), on the basis of the sensitivity and specificity of tests performed in a given subject; the probabilistic value provided by CDT can be used for research and didactic purposes by professionals and physicians.
